Kristina
Kristina is a Pilates instructor at Dopamina Pilates and, through her own transformative experience after pregnancy, brings a special passion for conscious, mindful movement and sustainable strength into her classes.

FINE
Fine is an instructor at Dopamina Pilates and, since her own inspiring experience with Reformer Pilates, brings a deep appreciation for the conscious connection of breath, movement, and mindfulness into her classes.
She discovered Reformer Pilates in 2023, and since then it has been an integral part of her life. From the very beginning, she was fascinated by the conscious connection of breath and movement, the full focus on her own body,
and the moment when everything else fades into the background for a while.
Pilates gives her mental clarity and has helped her to perceive her body more mindfully and move more consciously.

Polina teaches Reformer Pilates as well as Vinyasa Yoga and sees both as valuable tools for feeling healthy, energized, and comfortable in one’s own body.
For her, the focus is not on the perfect execution of individual exercises, but rather on the goal of feeling better in everyday life— both physically and internally — and truly being able to enjoy life outside of training.

Anne-Cathrin
Anne-Cathrin is an instructor at Dopamina Pilates. She has a B.A. in Health Management and is qualified to give prevention courses subsidized by the German statutory health care system.
For nearly 20 years, competitive dance has shaped her passion for movement, body awareness, and self-expression. Today, she combines this expertise with her professional background as a health manager (B.A.), Pilates instructor, and rehabilitation exercise specialist. In her classes, she integrates movement with breath to foster a holistic sense of body awareness. The focus is not on perfection or performance, but rather on mindful awareness of one’s own body. Through targeted strengthening, dynamic movement sequences, and an emphasis on healthy posture, she aims to help people feel strong, flexible, and comfortable in their bodies—not only during workouts but also in their everyday lives.
Ina
Fine is an instructor at Dopamina Pilates and Physiotherapist with many years of experience.
For Ina, movement is far more than just physical activity—it is a form of expression, a way to find balance, and a means of reconnecting with herself. The combination of movement, music, and rhythm, in particular, has long been a part of her life, providing her with energy and an inner sense of joy.
In 2026, she discovered Reformer Pilates—a form of exercise that immediately captivated me. I remain fascinated by the variety of movement possibilities, the interplay of strength, flexibility, and control, and the remarkable precision required for every single exercise. What may appear effortless and playful at first glance can be simultaneously challenging, demanding a high level of body awareness, concentration, and mindfulness.
As a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, she takes a holistic approach to movement. For her, every free and functional movement begins with achieving the fullest possible range of mobility. In her work, she combines targeted mobility exercises with strengthening, stability work, and conscious body awareness—always with the goal of helping people achieve greater freedom of movement and a better connection with their bodies.
